For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish but have everlasting life. When you love someone you tend to show it through your actions such as giving of yourself or your time; love is an action word. When you say you love God, there should be some actions behind those words. Actions that include, but is not limited to, reading God's word and learning about His likes, wants and needs. God liken us to a man beholding himself in a mirror and after moving away from the mirror forgets what he looks like.
God wants us to have peace, not the peace that the world gives, but peace in knowing God. God need is to be in a relationship with his people. Two hearts being joined together in mutual love and respect for each other. God desire is for His people to prosper and be in health even as their soul prospers. Whose heart are you connected to? When two hearts comes together as one, there is a connection that can't be easily broken. There is communication and sharing of thoughts and feelings.
Do you have a heart towards God or is your heart cold and broken? God is a potter and he wants to put the pieces of your heart back together again. God is a master of pottery. He doesn't care how deformed or cracked your heart may be; He's the master designer of body, mind, and spirit...
God stands at the door of your heart knocking. He is waiting for you to open the door and let him in. When your two hearts become as one, you'll never be the same again.
